Her real estate experience spans land acquisitions, valuation analysis, due diligence, and transaction structuring across multiple U.S. markets. Trishla has worked extensively with sellers, title companies, attorneys, and tax professionals to ensure smooth closings and compliant transactions. Her ability to evaluate complex property scenarios—such as inherited land, tax-delinquent parcels, and non-traditional lots—allows Realis to provide practical, fair solutions tailored to each seller’s situation.
